Dear God,
I know that you care about me.
Thank you for looking after me when I’m poorly.
Please help me to feel better,
to rest in the day and sleep at night.
Thank you for doctors, nurses and medicine.
Help me to find things I can still do and enjoy.
Remind me to talk to you when I feel sad or lonely.
Most of all, thank you for being with me however I feel.
Amen.
