Heaven Adores You

The Lord says, "Come, everyone who is thirsty - here is water! Come, you that have no money - buy grain and eat! Come! Buy wine and milk - it will cost you nothing! Why spend money on what does not satisfy? Why spend your wages and still be hungry? Listen to me and do what I say, and you will enjoy the best food of all. "Listen now, my people, and come to me; come to me, and you will have life!”

(Isaiah 55:1-3, GNT)

I’ve sent an invitation
I send it everyday
I see you’re weak and hungry
Come eat with me today
I long just to be near you
To nourish and to care
I hope that you’ll be there

Don’t stay within your castles
Don’t be afraid to come
Don’t hide when you are hurting
Don’t think that you’re alone
My house is always open
I want to hear your prayer
There’s blessings for you there

And how I see you
I hear you, I know you
I long to hold you to know you are safe
I want to lift you from shadow, from darkness
Heaven adores you
Don’t make we wait

You gaze into tomorrow
But miss my jewels today (but miss my jewels today)
Stay a while and rest now
Please don’t rush away (please don’t rush away)
The tables laid with goodness
The banquets just begun
I hope that you will come

And how I see you
I hear you, I know you (heaven adores you)
I long to hold you to know you are safe (heaven adores you)
I want to lift you from shadow, from darkness (heaven adores you)
Heaven adores you
Don’t make we wait

Heaven adores you
Heaven adores you
Heaven adores you
So don’t make me, don’t make me wait

Come if you’re hungry
Come if you’re tired
Come if you’re thirsty
Come if you need me
Come if you’re hungry
Come if you’re tired
Come if you’re thirsty
Come if you’re lonely
Come if you’re hungry
Come if you need me

The Lord says, "Come, everyone who is thirsty - here is water!
Come, you that have no money - buy grain and eat! Come! Come to me.
Why spend money on what does not satisfy?
And come to me; come to me, and you will have life! Come!”

Come if you’re thirsty
Come if you’re scared
Come if you’re lonely
Come if you need me
Come if you’re thirsty
Come if you’re hopeless
Come if you’ve lost me
Come if you’re scared
Come if you’re empty
Come if you need me
Come to me, come to me

Come if you’re lonely
Come if you’re scared
Come if you’re frightened
Come if you need me
Come if you’ve lost me
Come if you’re scared
Come if you’re hungry
Come if you need me
Come if you’ve lost me
Come if you’re scared
Come if you’re frightened
Come if you’re lonely
Come if you’ve lost me
